| Payment of Deposit |

If you have received a Conditional Offer for your study place, you need to pay a deposit, usually £1000. |

To make payment, please complete and return the Course Acceptance form to the International Centre. If you are not paying the deposit yourself, please make sure that the name and address of your sponsor is written on the Course Acceptance form. |

| Payment of Balance of Tuition Fee |
|

You should pay the balance of the course fee in full when you register at the College. Requests to pay in instalments should be made in writing to the Admissions Office. |

| Refunds |
|
| |
The deposit or tuition fee is partially refundable in the event that a visa application has been made and visa refused. You must send the Notice of Entry Clearance Refusal (from UKvisas) to the Admissions Office. The deposit contains a £100 administration fee which is non-refundable. Refunds for reasons other than visa refusal are at the discretion of WSAT. Refunds will be made by cheque or bank draft only to the person who made payment. If you have any questions, please contact the Admissions Office. |
